President Mikheil Saakashvili left for Warsaw to participate in the Council of Europe Heads of State and Government third summit today.
The summit opens on 16 May. The subject of the first plenary session is "European unity, European values". On the second plenary session the issue of "Challenges for European society" will be discussed. On the same day President Saakashvili will make an address to the summit participants.
During the visit number of documents on fight against terrorism, money laundering, confiscation, funding the terrorism, trafficking etc. will be signed.
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Salome Zurabishvili, State Minister on Euro integration issues, Gia Baramidze and other government officials are the members of the Georgian delegation.
The Georgian delegation will return to Georgia on 17 May.
